Theoretical approach
PSYCHODYNAMIC
This is an insight-oriented approach where we examine how your past has influenced your present life. An incredibly useful tool for understanding oneself, increasing self awareness, and moving forward with intention.
MINDFULNESS
While often only thought of as a form of meditation, mindfulness is a therapeutic approach that supports the importance of the present moment, relationship to self, and mind-body connection.
FEMINIST THEORY
Originally derived from work with female-identifying clients, this approach is used with all genders to emphasize personal power and recognize systemic and cultural factors that attribute to challenges in one’s life.
EMOTIONALLY FOCUSED THERAPY
This approach focuses on the emotional experience happening underneath the surface. It helps support individuals and couples to more easily recognize their emotional experience and supports communication.
What to expect

Therapy is conducted over 50 minute weekly sessions either in-person or via telehealth.
Whether it is your first time in therapy or a returning visit, I will meet you where you’re at at this point in your life.
In-person and Online
Sessions are available remotely for clients across California. In-person session availability for new clients is current paused, please reach out for more information on current availability.
Session fees
Session fee is $200, I dedicate a select number of spots available for sliding scale. Please reach out if you would like to further discuss fees.
I am able to provide a monthly superbill for clients with PPO plans. The superbill is submitted by clients to their insurance company for reimbursement depending on out-of-network benefits. It is best to contact your insurance provider to confirm what reimbursement options may be available in advance.
